We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or paid by any business named on this site, and no business pays for its place in this guide or for the way it is described. Names and marks belonging to those businesses are used only to identify them.

Gaming Aboard, Age and Responsible Play

Where a cruise described here offers gaming aboard, it is operated and licensed by that operator, not by us. This publication is not a gambling operator and not a carrier: it takes no bets, holds no funds, sells no passage and receives nothing from the operators it writes about. Gaming aboard is limited to adults who meet the minimum age stated in the notice printed on every page, and the operator checks that at boarding. Gambling involves risk and can be addictive: play only with money you can afford to lose, never to recover a loss, and seek local support services if it stops being a choice. Every link on this site points at another page of this site. We do not send you to a operator's own website, to a review or booking platform, or to any social profile, and no link here earns us anything. A review page may embed a map of the address from a third-party provider, which loads only after you allow non-essential cookies or ask for it; that provider is outside our control.

How We Are Funded

We do not charge readers and we run no advertising. When you send an enquiry we transfer your details to an independent third-party reservation-services company (the reservation partner), whose team contacts you directly. We are paid a referral fee for that transfer and/or a share of a booking that results from it, and we may be paid even if you never book. Nobody pays for coverage: no business named here has paid to appear, to be described the way it is described, or to have anything removed.

The Guest Reviews We Quote

The visitor reviews on this site were written by members of the public and published by them on public review platforms. We reproduce them as their authors published them — same wording, same rating, same name, together with any photographs those authors attached — because a review that has been tidied up is no longer that person's review. We do not write them, we do not commission them, and we do not filter them to flatter a venue: unflattering ones are quoted alongside the rest. If you wrote one of them and want it corrected or removed from this site, or you run a business described here and believe a quoted review is not genuine, write to [email protected] and we will deal with it.
